Driven Philosophy
National Institute for Civil Discourse is an organization with which I participate, value, and learn from. I appreciate their bi-partisan work and results driven philosophy. Through my own work, I've learned that when I attach myself to a desired result over insistence on attachment to language most identified by a political party, I have greater opportunity and a smoother path to achieving the desired result. I've also learned that most people -- no matter the political party -- want much of the same things in life. Too often barriers to achieving common goals are the words being used. Finding common ground is much easier when we learn to speak the common language of desired results. #PeopleOverPolitics
